Key responsibilities
- Analyse listed equities using financial statements, valuation models and industry data.
- Prepare company, sector, market and macroeconomic research notes.
- Maintain financial models and a reliable database of DSE and CSE listed companies.
- Present research findings clearly while maintaining independence and proper disclosures.
- Monitor relevant BSEC, DSE and CSE rules and market developments.
Qualifications & competencies
- Strong financial modelling, accounting and report-writing skills.
- Relevant experience in a brokerage house, merchant bank, asset manager or financial institution.
- Working knowledge of Bangladesh capital-market regulations and research ethics.
- CFA, BICM certification or progress toward a relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
